1Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Auto Piko you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.
2The service
Auto Piko helps you write social media posts with AI and publish them to channels you connect, on a schedule you choose. Features, limits and supported platforms depend on your plan and on what each platform allows.
Some platforms need approval, paid access or extra setup from the site owner (for example Meta app review, X API plans, TikTok audit or WhatsApp templates). We do not guarantee that a given platform is available at all times.
3Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secret and are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. One person may use one free trial; attempts to get more trials may lead to a block.
4Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of the business information you enter. AI output may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing it (use "Review before posting" if you want to approve every post) and for the content that is published on your accounts.
You must have the right to publish everything you ask us to publish and you must follow the rules of every platform you connect.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- publish illegal, hateful, deceptive, infringing or harassing content, or spam;
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- break the terms of a social platform, or try to bypass limits, quotas or security measures;
- resell or share your account, or use the API in a way that harms other users or the service;
- attempt to access other accounts, probe the service for weaknesses or overload it.
6Plans, credit and payments
Paid features are bought with the credit balance on your account. Credit is added by the site owner after your payment is confirmed or, when available, by an online payment method. Plan prices, billing periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and limits are shown on the pricing page and apply from the moment you activate a plan.
When you switch plans, the unused time of your current paid plan is returned to your credit balance pro-rata and the new plan is charged at its price. Credit is for use in the service and is not a bank balance. Unless the law requires otherwise or the site owner states otherwise, credit and plan purchases are not refundable once used.
7Reseller and Distributor API
Reseller and Distributor accounts may use the API to activate plans for their own customers. You are responsible for your customers, for keeping your API key secret and for every order placed with your key. Orders are charged at your group price.
8Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features, with reasonable notice where we can. Third-party platforms may change their rules or APIs, which can affect what the service can do.
9Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, abuse the service or put it or others at risk. Scheduled posts stop when an account is suspended or a plan expires.
10Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party platforms, for the performance of published posts or for losses caused by content you chose to publish.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Auto Piko is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profit or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Auto Piko is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
