1Who we are
Auto Piko is operated by Auto Piko ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit our website, create an account or use our social media automation service.

2Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), time zone and, if you use it, your Telegram identifier and username.
- Business data: the business profile, services, brand colours and language you enter so that posts can be written for you.
- Connected channels: access tokens or bot tokens for the social accounts you connect, stored encrypted, plus the names and ids of those channels.
- Content: the posts and images generated for you, their schedule, status and the result returned by the platform.
- Billing records: your credit balance, credit history, orders and plan history. We do not receive or store payment card numbers on this site.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and login times, used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.
3How we use information
- To provide, schedule and publish your posts and to show you your history and reports.
- To send service messages such as password resets, plan expiry notices and security alerts.
- To protect the service against abuse, multiple trial sign-ups, fraud and unauthorised access.
- To improve reliability and fix errors, using aggregated and technical logs.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your content to advertise to you.
4AI providers and third parties
To write text and create images, parts of your business profile and service descriptions are sent to the AI provider configured by the site owner. When you connect a platform, we exchange data with that platform (for example Telegram, Meta, Google/YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest or WhatsApp) only to publish your posts and to read the status of those posts.
Those providers process data under their own privacy policies, which you should read before you connect an account.
5Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security (CSRF) token, and an anonymous device cookie that helps us prevent repeated free-trial abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.
6Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can remove a connected channel at any time, which deletes its token and queued posts. If you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data, except records we must keep for security, accounting or legal reasons.
7Security
Passwords are hashed, tokens are encrypted at rest, connections use HTTPS, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and repeated failed logins are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact admin@autopiko.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. Do not create an account if you are under that age.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
