What you need
- A LinkedIn account
- The site owner has added a LinkedIn app (Admin > Site settings > LinkedIn) with the "Share on LinkedIn" and "Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect" products enabled
- Company Page posting additionally needs LinkedIn Community Management API approval (not included)
Up to 3,000 characters, 3-5 hashtags recommended, images up to 36 MP (1200x627 works best). Access tokens last 60 days; reconnect when asked (LinkedIn only issues refresh tokens to approved partners).
How to connect
- Click "Connect with LinkedIn" and approve the permission to post on your behalf.
- Posts go to your member profile with the generated image attached.
- Choose how often to post and the active time window.
